Kathy Figueroa - Keyboardist, Lead and Background Vocalist
Kathy was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She started playing piano at the age of 7 and started classical lessons at the age of 8. Very active in music in high school, she starred in many musicals and was a member of honor choir. She started performing solo in clubs and joined the band Crushed Velvet. Through Crushed Velvet, she met Raymond Figueroa, an extremely talented musician (and very handsome, too!). They joined up and started the duo White Swan in the early 70’s. The duo turned into a trio and then a 4-piece top 40 band. During this time Kathy also took lessons from the highly-regarded voice coach, Judy Davis. Kathy recently acquired a Hammond XK-3C and taking blues keyboarding/organ lessons. Retiring in 2006, Kathy realized music is a major part of her life and has rejoined the music world in 2009 and Sweet ‘N Sticky started performing in the latter part of 2009. She’s looking forward to a gig-filled future and the upcoming recording.
DANNY RAPPLEY – Lead Guitar, Lead & Background VocalsBorn in Oakland, CA, Danny’s early exposure to music was an ersatz collection of Big Band, Latin Jazz, and Rhythm and Blues. He began playing saxophone at age 6 and toured Japan with his Junior High School Band. Getting serious about guitar in his early twenties, he was afforded the opportunity to meet and play with some of the greatest San Francisco Bay Area musicians. Touring Europe, Asia, and Canada, as well as working such local gigs as the legendary Fillmore and The Hollywood Bowl, were some of the high points of his early career. Taking a break from the road to be a single parent, he delved into his other passion, building show winning custom motorcycles. Having twenty plus years working with his friend Arlen Ness in the custom motorcycle industry as his "day job", Danny still plays locally and gets out for the occasional tour. A founding member, his driving, hypnotic rhythms; powerful, melodic solos; and soulful, bluesy vocals are a part of the success of the Sweet and Sticky Band.

Ray "Ray" Figueroa- Bass & Vocals
Ray has been playing bass 40+ years in the San Francisco Bay Area and has performed and shared the stage with many of the top ROCK & Blues musicians such as Kenny " Blue" Ray, Sonny Rhodes, Tommy Castro, Daniel Castro, Mark Hummel, Kid Anderson, Mitch Woods, Wendy DeWitt, Johnny Cat, Kenny Neal, RJ Mischo, Pat Wilder, Jackie Payne, South City Blues Band to name a few.
Ray is also one of the founding members of "Sweet n' Sticky Band"
